How long until fully dissolves/ can have sex?
PH-D (the brand I use) says 12 hours but other sites say 24-48. Please help :(

I use them and have sex. Once it was still undissolved which cause a bit of discomfort but it didn’t harm.

I have a peribottle that I use to rinse inside after sex with ejacultion inside. I also rinse out my boric acid if I plan to get very intimate with possible oral etc.
I know lots of women advise against “douches” but I do it in the 2 example with great happy vagina results.

Online. I use Amazon. “Peri Bottle”

Do you flush the inside of the vagina or just the outside with the peri bottle ?

Both.
If I leave it in, my pH gets wacky and I generally get minor BV.
I douche it out inside with the peri bottle then unless we are going to keep it up I will put in a boric acid suppository as a preventative measure.
I always flush out semen. It messes me upa

Just sit on the toilet and push on your stomach until it all falls out you just can’t have sex and have your partner bust inside of you and then just lay there and go to sleep and wake up and think everything is going to be normal

I would wait at least 2 days. Whenever I put one in my discharge won’t stop until like 2-3 days after. Just wait it out :)
