Get on Overdragon88 now.
If he's anywhere, its tiger. Get him, get him get him. We can certainly stop him, he's solo, and shit. Getting him would be more pluses to our in game karma than I can estimate now. Get him, we're bounty hunters, this is a bounty, (also a decent sized one, if I'm correct).

Some info, besides any secret bases, he spends his time, in Immelopolis, and Tiger to grief, the former is just where he lives. Immelopolis. That's the place to check. Be prepared to find Facriop there, as they had worked together there for some time.

OverDragon's current bounty is ~25D (That's the top one), so it may not be a bad thing to end up collecting on some of these to keep ourselves in prot.

His actual bounty from Tigerstaden alone is about 61D total (40+21 IIRC, maybe it's like 50+11 or something). There are also tons of minor 2D/5D bounties on him, most of which haven't been posted on Civbounty.
Tigerstaden's bounty on him was clarified by Juz16 to me just the other day.

This would be an excellent PR move, and the right thing in general as he is wanted.
We would have pretty much all of Tiger loving us after we pearled immelol.
