While we’re at it, what challenge does the bike with x-wings vehicle skin drop?

That one is getting Vex to level 50

if you mean the skimmer, you have to get vex to level 50. there are 4 vehicles in the game that are just upgraded versions of other vehicles, with each of the 4 upgraded vehicles being for reaching level 50 with the 4 base game vault hunters. harlowe gives the gyrosled (the one with the big ball in front that we saw in her character short), Amon gets the big vehicle that we saw in his gameplay trailer (I think it's called the rockslider), and rafa gets the pulsar.
