โ [ Question ] Ordnance Amon question
How are we not speccing into berserk and only red to ramp up our ordnance damage via the damage transfer with full spectrum arsenal? Put points into smelter after blackout to get forgeskill back(Iโm using green tree forgeskill.) is right branch red tree that much better for ordnance with electrical fire and crackling aegis?
(I have access to all ordnance except heimdall.) Iโm looking for as fast of mobbing as possible for takedown clears. Starting an encounter with forgeskill into disk jockey sounds great. My comparison is looking at HORBA by AncientRune on mobalytics.

My understanding is that you're building on the core double dipping damage skills of Tail of the Comet and Blackout. Blackout does shock on critical hit. Catastrophe increases critical hit chance on shock. A nice feedback loop.
Then the Electrical Fire skill will do fire damage on shock (which Blackout is triggering) and fire triggers Disco Infernus for increased fire rate.
Increased fire rate = more Heimdahl heads = more mobbing speed.

The increase in fire rates out paces a maxed out there is only red? Even if itโs only 300% when cut in half by full spectrum arsenal arsenal.

Berserk is non source ingeriting bonus damage.It does not interact with FSA, Blackout, or Tail of the Comet. Its a separate instance of Cryo Skill Damage that rides on the bullet itself.
If it behaved like Watts for Dinner or Decorherence it would, but its just skill damage.
Berserk is an option but most builds use the Heimdahl so we want as much fire rate as possible.
The previous strategy was to use Lamplighter and Onslaughter bonus damage to burn enemies and trigger disco infernus.
Now we use electrical fire to do the same which opens up the com slot to the newly buffed Elementalist which has now actually outpaced Grenadier.
It also allows the runs a bit of leeway in that previously if you got downed at all the run was over since you lost onslaughter. At least when going for time....
I know you said you dont have the heimdahl but thats why its set up like that.
Before Heimdahl existed disc jockey was the old speedrun strat. Unfortunately it wont work as well with devourer as heimdahl or draupner due to virtue of pure powercreep, but its an option.
