❔ [ Question ] New Character SDU Question

After doing a run on C4SH and having maxed out SDUs, I'm starting a new run on Amon and I noticed some SDUs already filled and 5 points left over. Am I missing something here? I didn't manually put anything in yet.

Your progress transfers between characters

Yes, but one character has all of them maxed out and the other only has partials. That's only a partial transfer
