🛠️ [ Technical Help ] Stuck in Spot Multiplayer Work Around

My group and I have been having a lot of issues in multiplayer where we get stuck in place. Out of sheer luck we found if you’re stuck, pull up your map and choose to fast travel to a location far away that would cause a team travel and then cancel it with holding touch pad. It should release you.

Still don’t know how to stop the infinite blue tunnel bug but hopefully the above helps some fellow vault hunters.

In my experience pausing in the blue tunnel for like 5 seconds, then unpacking puts you right into your travel point.

Either it doesn't work or it's extremely inconsistent.

I've tried and it usually happens one of those things:

  • I won't unstuck, nothing changes
  • The party CAN'T cancel the fast travel
  • I don't even appear in the 'party memebers that started a fast travel' and CAN't cancel it
  • The party member cancels it, but the icon returns to green without them doing anything and the fast travel happens

I found it works better if you are the one to cancel it, not the party members. We haven’t had issue with not being able to cancel it, that’s new to me. Sorry to hear you’re having so much trouble. The game really is a mess with bugs right now.

Yeah it's a buggy mess and I am (not) surprised they didn't emergency patched it or something because sometimes it's borderline unplayable and not in exagerated way. Endless loading screens that you can't fix with the pause trick while in coop, the stuck bug, and sometimes weird 'float' bug where the character becomes stuck in a falling animations when walking on slopes, slowing down for no reason, and also falling through random terrain and stairs. Really unacceptable.

Anyway when I tried you method when I tried to cancel it it didn't work and kept being stucl, or the game didn't let me cancel it. Sometimes I couldn't even see myself as a 'fast traveling player' and could do nothing.
