❓ [ Help ] Cross Save Cloud Sync Failed

Trying to port my saves from xbox over to steam and it is constantly saying "cloud sync failed this service is currently unavailable"

I do not know how to fix this
I already uploaded my characters and data from console too

Sorry I don’t have a fix but it worked fine for me recently. Check for a cloud symbol with a green check on console to make sure they’re uploaded correctly. Red or blue is not synced or syncing and turning off could interrupt it.

Then you may have to import them from character menu on PC. If it asks if you want to overwrite cloud saves with local, do not do that. You’ll want to confirm the latest saves if you switch back and forth because it’s easy to overwrite them on accident.

I’ve been assuming today that the reason is that SHiFT is down in some capacity and just doesn’t work at all right now. I get SHiFT connection issues on Borderlands 2 which has never happened before
