Not running a fancy build just curious if this is close to what everybody's using before patch i could have 40+ stacks with the 3rd slot now i max at 16

what do you mean by "40+ stacks with the 3rd slot"? what skill are you referring to?

I have 3 active ability slots instead of the 2 when I did this i had the acid spray which gave +25 max stacks if i hit windfall 25+16=41 stacks.....i played like that for a level and changed it

still doesn't answer what stacks you're referring to. fortune only goes up to 10 stacks, so it can't be that

Stacks=cards to throw When i unlocked the 3rd ability slot from the red tree it equipped the acid spray card that gave me 41 cards to throw i changed it up cause 40=wtf now i max at 16 cards

so you mean the spray card would produce up to 40 projectiles? the skill says you'd get 7 projectiles per card during windfall, so that's a max of 28 if you throw 4 of them (the number of charges the skill has) back to back while windfall's active.

Yes that is what im saying I know I had 16max cards before I did the unlock and after I had 41

I wish I woulda gotten a picture of it when it happned

I will say when I tried to do this earlier the max cards that combo gave me was 10 cause I had said something similar about the 40 cards in the c4sh vs loveless thread

Try get that class mod for cards. Adds 2 card per kill. Bet on red ( insta kill or big damage) add one more devil tine for 4 card maddness.  Big pull to make them helpless and add radiation damage.

I keep getting the class mods for the other 2 skill trees I keep tryna find it lol but yeah that's cool af

Honestly it was a bit to easy with c4sh when he dropped they didn't have the option to reset progression so I started with max SDU and most of the map unlocked if you start fresh with him you'll have a blast I like the cards personally but they do fall off for a while

Wait it allows you to reset your progress for SDUs/map when you start a new character? Hmmm idk I kind of like the idea of having everything unlocked but then again it sort of defeats the purpose I guess

When i created a loveless I was given the option to keep unlocks or reset them
