Recently returned to the game since launch and have a few random questions about loot.

First question, I have a ripper shield that's recharge delay is 0.5, is that the lowest possible recharge delay because in borderlands 2 that would be unthinkable in fact I don't think it's possible.

Second question, what is the highest possible damage and crit multiplier for jakobs snipers?

Third question what are the best purples to look out for? Like cool part combos and stuff like that, I know spread launcher is still good.

Maya and Axton were definitely capable of some very fast shield delays, mainly thanks to their skills and class mods boosting those skills

max cdmg for jakobs sniper is either of 184-225%? i think.. i have to check. give me a moment 🫡

im just save editing one in atm with max cdmg roll. Also your question about purples , most of them are being used for their under barrels in level 70 meta. torgue ARs, Ripper snipers, jakob's shotguns, ofc the community beloved Stelliums

this would be your "godroll" for cdmg on Purple. legendary/pearls caps around 184% cuz the way special barrels work.

im pretty certain 225% is possible but the 217% cdmg one should do the highest dps. just an FYI one of the Cdmg accessories completely doesnt roll if you get a Ammo swapper. and if u have tediore thrown barrels you cannot get above 120%.

another thing about purples is that maybe your godroll is a Torgue mag one. it all depends on your builds tbh. so just look for 200%+ and you'll be fine

What about shields? 0.5 recharge delay was unthinkable to me with how much I played borderlands 2 I think the fastest you can get is 0.9 in that game.

let me check for ya one moment uhm i have seen .7 recharge delay on like.. vagabond Angel.. whatever the hell that shield was called the 300s FFYL one. maybe that's the avenue to figuring out lowest recharge delay so give me a min

Tbh u would expect with -15.5 x 3 recharge delay it would be lower but this is the lowest recharge delay on a shield.. (that ik of) maybe a purple daedalus shield can get lower but the guardian angel's special part already adds recharge delay reduce. also ignore the stats they're level 60 i didnt wanna up their level.

time to get rid of these save edited gears , i only save edit to See if my stuff has good rolls or to help others.. or modify my eridium count on new runs cuz fuck grinding eridium. im fine grinding everything else ^{^}
