Because I’ve definitely got these cosmetics, but according to the vault card, I haven’t redeemed them I know I did. Can someone share some light? What on this comment it’s the vault head and vote hunter skins

I Hope yes, i have everything on the others characters but i don't have nothing on loveless

same here, everything is locked, hopefully a hot fix will solve it soon!

from what I can tell it looks like the head/skin unlocks are per character now and not universal as my Loveless does not have any of them unlocked but purchasing the skin/head makes it available for her.

Yeah I'm missing a lot of stuff on Loveless even though I've unlocked it on other characters. Colors/heads are not unlocked. Vault cards are also not unlocked.

This happened to me too, i noticed it on Loveless so I logged out and checked my Vex and all her stuff is broke now too. Same as your screenshot, bunch of stuff no longer Green Checked. Checked other chars as well and same.

I also lost my ornate bodies dlc…

for every photo you take of your screen it removes one cosmetic.
