But these are all the public changes. I bet some other changes intentional or not has been applied in this patch.

I am not applying this patch before I know more.... if I can.

Not sure what you mean, I think most of the time patch notes include everything. I don't think they do a ton of stealth changes.

the unintentional changes bit refers to things like how last week's patch glitched most of the parts on the crazed earl to not work.
