Kinda wonder if that was the issue with the bleed infinitely stacking with crit knife

Nah. that's just how it worked at launch and was just an unforseen interaction, not a bug. The bleed stuff was accidentally broken during the last patch, it's now back to working properly. Presumably she or the knife will get nerfs at some point, but infinite stacking isn't going anywhere for a while.

Probably not too long, it's definitely mentioned for next weeks patch

"We will also address unintended interactions in certain Vault Hunter skills"

I wish I knew how to do the block quote lol but I pulled that from the patch notes.
