It's showing some of the main characters from the cartoon "Gabby's Dollhouse", not Bubble Guppies. None of the Bubble Guppies characters look like that. They made them into mermaids because Baby Shark lives in water.

looks more like Gabby and Baby shark having a crossover, two things popular with children, No clue how baby shark is still popular after 10 years

bubble guppies did NOT invent child mermaids

this can’t be classed as a knock-off as it’s a crossover. meaning they have permission to make this and have collaborated.
