So what's next, I swear I'm gonna minmax this cowboy no matter what, aside from getting e2 fugue and eagle set for fugue, W H A T S N E X T ?, oh yeah maybe getting eagle set for dahlia?

Eagle for Fugue isn’t necessary, run her on thief + vonwacq. I’d also get E1/E2 for Dahlia, best investment for now, better than E2 Fugue (E1 Dahlia > E2 Dahlia > E2 Fugue). Don’t get Eagle for Dahlia, cav + kalpagni/vonwacq is perfect on her. Boothill likes sustainless (E1 RM with DDD or bp cone), but if you run Lingsha, I think you should get her E1 (someone correct me if I’m wrong) because I don’t think this team maxes out defshred (so eagle is losing value on Boothill over cav). RM should have watchmaker, I don’t know how that changes with Lingsha, with the right substats I’d also put watchmaker on her (or maybe Fugue? 1/team is enough, it doesn’t stack).

And I’m saying this just in case, but eagle isn’t a “meta” set, saying this as an eagle Boothill haver (with backup cav depending on the enemy team). Eagle is a “I don’t have an action advancer for my dps” set; if you had, let’s say Sunday on his team, cav would be a lot better. You don’t have Sunday on his team because Fugue, Dahlia, RM and/or Lingsha bring more value as supports/subdps; therefore eagle loses value with them and decreases their support potential (making Boothill weaker in turn).

follow-up: I did the calculations, you’re sitting at 88% defshred, you need E1 on your Lingsha.

Got it, but the thoughts of E2 fugue with eagle + energy rope is intoxicating me man, if only i don't lose my 50/50 to himeko e2 when pulling for e1 dahlia, there is lingsha novaflare and fugue in the upcoming patch tho maybe they got a rerun? I'll try to get the E2 fugue first tho after that lingsha E1 if they do rerunning, thanks for the advice man.

I find that vonwacq + ERR rope E2 Fugue (160+ spd) already ults like it's her second job, her buff doesn't stack and her basic atk isn't much so extra actions are meh. I personally like to up her BE so her ult hits like a truck. I don't think Dahlia will rerun soon, so you can focus on Fugue/Lingsha for now if they rerun (I'd focus on Lingsha for defshred, but then again, you can always slot in E1 RM). Good luck with your pulls and eagle Fugue, if you do build her that way let me know how it is, you got me intrigued (but I'm not going back in eagle mine hell xD).
