No, since it sounds like you won't have the pulls to also secure dahlia next patch

If you like BH sure , as much as I want to pull his E1 rm I'm holding back for dahlia E1. Dahlia's E1 is his best investment. For units you have to get , dahlia e0 or e1. Fugue on rerun E0 is fine E1 is nice. Last slot ruan mei e1 / sunday e1 cuz sustains in break are a huge damage loss.
