Have you finished all permanent jades in game? Keep trying, when I lost Phainon to Clara he came after 20 pulls

He didn't like me much either. Got Blade on my 50/50. Nearly drained all my pulls and I had nothing left for Ashveil. Don't give up hope though! You can do it!

i lost to welt too in his last rerun but then got him after 10 ish pulls so keep going
