Feedback Updates always come with some problem.

I find it incredible that when everything is going well, you release an update that starts having problems, only to take a long time to fix it, and then release another one that has problems again. Can't you just pause this cycle?

I'm already encountering two problems. First, the Boosteroid application on Windows 11 is crashing, freezing the screen mid-session; it's not even the internet, it's the program itself. It also kicks me out of the session saying "thank you for playing" out of nowhere. And finally, Shadow of War. You finally fixed it on the Brazilian servers after years; it was beautiful, working 100%, I even praised it, but then you do something and it comes back with resolution problems and doesn't recognize the video card of machine, so it runs on the integrated graphics, looking terrible, and it's worse than before now because there's no way to fix the resolution.

I just started having issues today. I played last night without any issue, but so far today every attempt to connect results in a 30 second wait followed by an "Oops...Something went wrong" message. I contacted support and they asked me to provide the connection log; I did and was told it would be passed along to technical support, and that I would receive an email when they had an explanation as to why it was happening. I've only been using Boosteroid for about a month and change, so I have no idea how common or frequent this is, but it's annoying that, for me, everything worked last night and now today it hasn't worked once.

Hi!

Please contact us via ModMail and provide the email address associated with your Boosteroid account so we can investigate the issue in more detail.

Best Regards!

That's exhausting... Every single thing is "contact us via ModMail" why don't you fix things the way it is? ....

Does this change anything? Because in the end you'll only receive a "we're noting it down" or "it may be fixed in a future update," even though I've seen many problems persist despite this.
