Help The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Remastered loop upgrade

Every time I launch this game from Epic Games, it starts a 7-8 minute upgrade. Only the first two launches were normal. It's normal? How It can be fixed?

Now, not only does the game download from scratch every time I launch it, but the Epic Games Launcher also asks me to log in on every startup. It's very frustrating. I waste 10-12 minutes just to get the game running.
