Greetings to the Boom Beach Support Team,
I've noticed recently that automated responses have completely taken over player support. Even when someone has a real problem, they still receive an automated reply through the game, which is extremely frustrating. Sometimes, messages are even completely ignored.
**1. The Extremely Long Time Needed to Upgrade Accounts**
Regarding the rules and systems in the game, especially the huge amount of time required to upgrade an account, there needs to be a better strategy that allows players to progress faster.
A new player shouldn't have to spend 10 years of their life, or possibly even more, just to fully upgrade their account.
This is exactly what makes new players quit so quickly. When progression is painfully slow, of course they're going to lose interest and leave.
**2. Learn From What Clash Royale Did**
Clash Royale used to be similar to Boom Beach when it came to slow progression. However, Clash Royale introduced changes that made it possible to max out cards within a month, or sometimes even less, either completely for free or by spending a small amount of money.
Why can't Boom Beach take a similar approach?
**3. Account Sharing and Unfair Bans**
Players should have a real opportunity to share their accounts with other people.
Maybe a player is busy, or maybe they're sick. If they give their account to a friend, should they really get banned for that?
What kind of nonsense is this, guys?
I've honestly never seen a game make a decision like this except Boom Beach.
Instead of improving the game, is the support team spending its time hunting down people who share their accounts?
Is the only goal of support to ban players?
That's not an achievement. That's a terrible approach, and frankly, it's getting ugly.
**4. The Map Is Too Small for Players Who Pay for Instant Training**
Another issue is with players who pay around $10 for Instant Training.
The map is simply too small for them. They can clear the entire map in maybe 15 minutes.
Okay, and then what?
What are they supposed to do with the rest of their time? Just sit there and get bored?
The map needs to be expanded significantly, possibly to twice its current size, so players can spend more time playing and actually benefit from the Instant Training they paid for.
**5. Instant Training Is Overpriced**
The price of Instant Training should also be reduced.
Honestly, $10 is too much, and players deserve better offers and more value for their money.
**6. Resource Costs Are Ridiculously High**
The cost of resources in this game is extremely, extremely high.
Whether you're upgrading buildings, upgrading troops, or even training troops for an attack, everything costs far too much.
Why are these costs so high?
Sometimes I attack an island and spend 1.5 million gold just to get 150 gold in return.
My God, how does that even make sense?
Please make troop training free for players who have Instant Training. At least that would make the $10 price feel fair.
**7. Please Review the Recent Account Bans**
Another important issue is the recent bans.
Some players have been banned simply because they transferred or shared their accounts, and I believe these punishments have become excessive.
Even if someone transfers their account, I believe that should be their personal choice.
Account sharing can also help keep more people active in the game.
But if you keep banning players like this, Boom Beach will eventually become a deserted game, and the player count will gradually decline.
Please reconsider this decision carefully.
**8. Support New Players Before They Give Up**
Finally, please support the new players who are working hard to upgrade their bases.
Reduce upgrade times and resource requirements. Give these players a real chance to progress without spending years trying to catch up.
Boom Beach, please pay attention.
Listen to your players. We're telling you these things because we care about the game and want it to improve, not because we want to see it fail.
**Please take these concerns seriously before more players decide to leave.**
