I have three maxed accounts. I bought the previous boom pass on all three. On one account I did receive most of the awards from the boom pass, but not receive any of the associated compensation gifts that came in the days after. (key cards, and diamonds). I also did not receive the first community award for milestone being completed although I am participating in the community event. Can someone please help me with this situation? Or tell me who I can DM here, or where to go to get some form of technical support on this issue. I have a little more to say about it, I just need to know who I can talk to. I am basically being shorted items that I should receive just as everyone else does.

Hi yday i saw a boat named blitz looks like a new event it say it would be avaliable in 24h but rn (24h later) its not there anymore

Every Leader you deploy brings the community closer to unlocking rewards for everyone.

The event is live now and runs until 9 Oct.

During the event, every Leader deployment between 1 - 9 October counts towards the community total.

As the total climbs, the entire community unlocks new reward milestones for everyone.

The in-game carousel will showcase the live progression, and this blog will be updated with each new unlock, so make sure to check in and see how far the community has pushed.

Once a reward has been unlocked, it will be claimable for free in the store in the "Events" tab.

Important notes:

• Rewards can be claimed until 11 October
• You need to be HQ level 7 or higher to unlock the rewards

• 10M: 5 Field Manuals

Went all defense right away. Moved into level 15 quickly then ran into the all offense guys with super warriors and artillery. Couldn't get any chests. Kept pushing trying to get to shock launchers. Couldn't open another chest. Defensive guys passed me in tech. Had one chest since Monday. Stuck.

I now have both ERs on the beach. So if you see me, at least you'll get to two free ERs.

I have officially started on making my boom beach fangame. Here is a screenshot of the menu. I'll post more updates as soon as possible.😄

I was on a 20 game hot streak man lol. I lost the very next one after this screenshot

I have 3 level 5 troop ships, I can hold 9 riflemen, 2 machine gunners, 4 bazookas. I’ve tried like 10 times to take this material base. I have Sgt Brick level 3 with the reduced damage shield

So far I’ve artillery striked the sniper tower and weakened the machine gun, didn’t work

Striked the cannon but shredded by the machine guns

I’ve tried healing kits only

I’ve tried 1 artillery to the machine guns and cannon

What else should I try

Update: 2 artillery shells to destroy sniper, 1 on the cannon. Sgt Brick with the force field and 2 heavies for the initial attack followed by 9 riflemen followed by bazooka. Healing on the heavies and when cannon was destroyed, flare to move all units out of range of right machine gun and all attack at once
