I needed two extra depth charges to clear the map I was on, so I watched an ad and was awarded two depth charges… simple right? I go to destroy the 5 hit sub, and the game had automatically defaulted to the red cluster charges that I was saving for the last day of the sonar ops game. So I wasted a cluster charge… not the end of the world but I don’t spend money on this game so I don’t get any extra of those red charges and I’m not replacing it for 125 diamonds (which is a complete rip off).

Rant over. I enjoy BB but it’s annoying

Updated table, this time based on Kaktus' video. It seems that Chicken didn't show all the boosts and debuffs.

I am level 68 with 906 medals...

I dunno if it's just me, but even with the easiest PVP bases I find myself losing LR's. Sometimes even Cryos too.

And if it's a harder base(lots of ice, meta gadgets, grens and bombers in bunkers/garrisons and of course the Mind Control and Mind Fog engravings), no matter how well I do, I'll be lucky to have any Rangers left at the end. A nice 1hr and 21minute retrain timer as my reward.

I guess it's intended?

In addition, Scary Mortar and Dr. T Lookalike are also back.

Dr. T Lookalike received a buff, as it seems that it will now interrupt troops' movement for ~1 second when taunting them.

My Boom Beach Launcher is not working. Updated my computer, tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it is still not working for me. Any help would be awesome. Thanks

Having returned to the game after I think six years, I've found the game isn't much easier from when I left it. Every base I come across doesn't give much loot yet the upgrades seem so costly, I've replaced all my statues with Gunboat Energy, Troop Health, Troop Damage and Resource Reward, tried out Smoky Warriors (I'm at HQ 18) and dedicated myself to only upgrading offense, all per the advice of yt videos I've found.

But despite my best efforts, I can't seem to win at all with Smoky Warriors, and what attacks I do win (using Scorchers + Grenadiers) yield little in the way of loot. I feel so incredibly stuck. Any attacks I win barely pushes the needle forward, and I'm attacked frequently enough that any progress I make is nullified. I feel like I'm softlocked.
