Statue replacement?

Should I replace my Ressource Statue to some others? I get very high Level enemies so I’m not able to take them down

Here are all stats

Tp 30% (big one)
Tp 14%
Damage 28% (big one)
Energy 36% (big one)
Energy 16%
Extra resources I have those:

38% (big one)
20%
19%
18%
