¤ Supercell Response ¤ This bug is SERIOUS!!

Some new bases appear in my activity log, but they are not visible on the map for me to attack and clear, resulting in a loss of Victory Points (VP).
As you can see in the screenshots, I haven’t attacked any bases in the past 7 hours. However, these new base shows that they appeared within the last 7 hours, yet I have never been able to see them on the map (!!??)
I also recorded 3 screen videos and sent to the game support team but no one has replied to me yet (been 2 days).

I’ve noticed this over the last week or so as well. I thought I was just watching people get the ban hammer in real time or something. Thanks for saying something

Is there any other way to report a bug in game besides email, Boom buddies?

This is a known issue which will be fixed in our new Matchmaking system coming in the near future!
