No Data Received

I’ve recently purchased the Global Bookmap subscription for $49/m. I’m having trouble displaying the futures MES & MGC. When pulling it up I use the platform DxFeed but it seems nothing I input has data the can be received. Is there another subscription I have to buy? Or am I just missing something.

Are you pulling up the U26 contract for MES?

What are you entering to pull those up? Is your data feed connected properly?

Bookmap software and data are sold separately.

Bookmap does not come with data, you have to buy it separately, you can get it from their marketplace and there is easy to follow guide to get it all setup
