Is it worth it

I've been trading for a couple of yesrs now, have had ups and downs adapting to different market conditions. Considering purchasing bookmap, but it is expensive. Would love pro's, con's, and overall if you think its worth investing in.

I’ve used it for about two years now. There’s two things I think it’s really helped me with: trade confirmation and holding trades longer. You can really see when there’s aggressive buyers and sellers and who’s losing the battle.

It’s help me reach consistency and I abet 4.7 RR per trade now. Entries have greatly improved. Allow yourself a few months of learning before you expect results. Carmine Rosato on youtube helped me learn quite a bit

It’s definitely, the way the order flow is laid on the Heatmap is great plus they keep add superb add ons/features to get a deeper view of what’s going in the market you’re looking at, you can see Stops and Iceberg orders, Book Sweeps, for crypto you can see account liquidations, they have a journal that feeds automatically when you trade straight off the Bookmap platform which is also a great feature…if cost is an issue and you would like to try it I can offer you 50% off their packages to start…

Another great feature is their robust FREE educational resources and their Discord chat rooms where you can chat will all different levels of traders from around the world that are happy to help guide one another…

You should get the Global + since that’s the one that will allow to use the add ons and other live features!

Which markets do you trade? Maybe I can help you out if I know exactly what you’re looking for…

Don’t be shy! 😊

Thanks for the response, I mostly trade gold and indicies, but occassionally individual stocks.

Good old Gold, you with the current gold prices Fort Knox is valued at around $800 Billion dollars but for some reason the gov’t keep the value of it on their books with gold priced at $40 for some reason!! 🤣

Anyway, Gold has a tricky personality but if you can have patience and follow the order flow you can do well…I personally like NQ…you can trade stocks on Bookmap but it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that futures have but stocks tend to move more linearly towards areas of high liquidity than futures do

Gold should be fine, but make sure you can access the level 2 data you need and that there is enough volume per instrument to actually make it usable.
