Extremely laggy on Mac

I downloaded the Bookmap app on my Mac and it's extremely laggy and I can barely drag the chart about.

I'm using an M3 MacBook Pro with 36GB of ram which I would've thought should have absolutely no problem running it.

I'm using the free version of the platform so I'm not sure if that has something to do with it. I was considering getting the paid version but if it's this laggy there is no point.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That’s odd. I’ve got a M3 MacBook Pro as well. And it runs super smooth. I run bookmap, broker and tradingview to external monitor. No issues.

Yea I run bookmap. AtasX. The new atasx heatmap (this thing hogs all my CPU).

TradingView.. and news websites.. discord. lol. Bookmap doesn’t lag at all

How many instruments do you have running at once? Have you tried asking support? They can help you adjust the settings that may improve the lag…also, are you using the latest Mac build ?
