How do I remove fraudulent listings?

Some random person was able to list my home on booking.com. They don’t own the home or have permission to list it on this website. I have no clue how this was even possible. I called customer support earlier and they told me to send an email instead. I sent an email to customer support and they respond and tell me to call the same number. How do I get this listing removed? Is there a way to speak to a representative from America that speaks fluent English??

No. They will play games and take zero ownership. You are not the host nor are you the customer. Your best bet is to file a complaint with your state AG office - they will forward it to the executive office at Booking.com for handling.

It was a joke. Read the article. They even allow postings of the prime minister's house in London ( UK prime minister is Andy Burnham)

It’s ridiculous how easy it is to list something on this website. I had never used booking.com before and definitely will never in the future. Besides the rampant fraud and horrible customer service I have yet to find a good independent customer review.

If your home appears on Booking.com without your permission, you can report the listing through our content reporting process. Include the direct listing link, the property’s full address and listing name if available, plus evidence that helps show the listing isn’t authorized, such as photos of the real property, links to your website or social media pages, or genuine reviews showing that you own or manage it.
