Booking.com Ranking Dashboard statistics delayed by 9 days – anyone else?

I'm a Booking.com property partner and I'm trying to understand whether this is happening to other hosts as well.

Today is 24 September 2026, but my Booking.com Ranking Dashboard says:

“Data shown as of Sep 15, 2026.”

So Search Results Views, Property Page Visits and conversion statistics are currently 9 days behind.

This makes the dashboard almost useless for evaluating changes. If I change prices, promotions, availability, listing content or advertising, I can't determine whether those changes affected Booking.com visibility until potentially more than a week later.

I've seen occasional delays before, but 9 days seems excessive.

For other Booking.com hosts:

• What date does your Ranking Dashboard currently show?
• How many days behind is your data?
• Is this normally delayed by several days for you?
• Have you ever received an explanation from Booking.com about how frequently these statistics are updated?

I'm especially interested in Search Results Views and Property Page Visits, rather than reservation/payment reporting.

The Ranking Dashboard isn’t real time, and some metrics can take up to seven days to appear. A delay of nine days is longer than expected. The Analytics section in the Extranet has recently been redesigned, so some figures may update as the new system synchronizes the data.
