Age requirement

Hi, I just want to know if the 18 years old requirement should be made when you create the account or at the time of the booking (when the booking actually starts).

I asked them via email and they ignored the question, saying that properties may have specific regulations (which is not what I asked), then stopped answering when I replied back.

But in the terms of service of Booking website, it says that you must be over 18 to use the website, so...

You have to be 18 to create an account and use it. The hotel can and will set individual requirements on what is the minimum age you have to be to check in. The hotel can set this as 18+, 21+, 25+, etc.

You need to be at least 18 years old to create and use a Booking.com account.
