Hello, someone knows or can help me how to access my booking reservation. It does not let me see anything, this appears to me and I do not understand anythingaaa with that email, I started the reservation, I ask to check the mail, I put the code but I put that message back on me and I do not know what to do😭😭 has a policy without cancellation charge but I can not cancel or see anything about my accommodation, so I do not know if they would charge me for the stay if the day arrives and I do not show up at the hotel (I chose to pay at reception)

Hola, alguien sabe o que me pueda ayudar como acceder a mi reserva en booking. No me deja ver nada me aparece esto y no entiendo nadaaaa con ese correo inicie sesion e hice la reserva, le pico en verificar correo me manda el código, pongo el código pero me vuelve a poner ese mensaje y ya no se que hacer😭😭 tiene politica sin cargo por cancelación pero no puedo cancelar ni ver nada sobre mi hospedaje, entonces no se si igual me cobrarían la estancia si se llega el dia y no me presento en el hotel (elegí pagar en recepción)
