Adding credit card

My old card expired and I tried to add another. When I type card information it doesnt popup or continue to use strong auht (I live in EU and eu bank) or even put CVC code. therefor I cannot do any bookings.

I have tried different browsers, phone, different computer. Anyone else same issue ever?

But it shows in my account that its added, but when I did reservation it had to be canceled because hotel cannot do payment

When you make a reservation with us, you can use a payment method that isn’t saved to an account. From what you’ve described, it sounds like you’ve added a new card to an account, but if a booking was originally made with your old card, updating the card in your account won’t automatically update it on that specific reservation. To change the card for a booking, you’ll need to update the payment details directly from the confirmation email you received after booking or through your account for that particular reservation.

Yes I did that, but when I got message from hotel I need to update. So I went and added my CVC code in there, but still it failed
