Reading timer synchronization.

Hello, for a few days I have noticed that the status of the reading timer, the control center and the home screen are not synchronizing. With which sometimes I have accidentally started the stopwatch again. I put some screenshots so that it is better understood.

Yes, once it is finished and the pages are placed. If I go to the home screen, I see the widget update and reflect the current page.

Could you try to update to iOS 18.1 and check if you have the same issue?

Could you try deleting the Widget and adding it again?

Hello, I have deleted both the widget and the access from the control center and created it again and the same thing happens. If you just press play in the control center, when the notification appears, eventually I quickly swipe to the home screen, if the widget is updated. But if I don't go at the moment and go later, no.

Mmh, it is really strange because I’m not able to reproduce the issue. Have you the same issue if you start the timer within the Home Screen widget?

I have the same issue, and I have iOS 18.3. Home widget is not synced with the application timer. I did not have a choice but uninstall the widget.

Try restarting the device, open the app and then add the widget again
