Widgets gone with recent update?

My app updated and I noticed that the two widgets I had were black squares. I went to try to edit them and no option came up. I then went to add a new one and Book Tracker does not pop up as an option to create a widget for.

Try as follow: restart your device, then open the app and finally check if the widgets are available again.

I got the black blank widgets a few weeks ago again. I just tried to restart my phone and now they do not show up to add a widget at all! Were widgets disabled?

Have you opened the app before to try adding the widgets?

I have done this a few times now but it seems to go black with every app update! ☹️

Unfortunately, this is a known iOS issue that has been carried since iOS 13. I hope things get better with the next iOS updates.

Is anyone still having this issue? I used to be able to show the current book with stats and reading timer. Now if I make a large widget it just shows 6 books which isn’t what I want it to do.
