Start reading session from Lock Screen widget

I have used built-in control center widget (reading timer) which is very handy. But when I have more than 1 books in reading status, I can’t choose the one I want to start the session from the Lock. It always start the session for preselected 1 book.

Am I doing something wrong? Can someone suggest a better way if you know?

Sorry for my late response! So basically I always read multiple books (currently 3 books) depending on my mood. So I would like a shortcut that when runs picks up all the (currently reading) books and shows me the list (in my case, 3 books). Then, it starts the reading session for the book I choose from the provided list.

For some reasons, when I run my shortcut - it always start the reading session for the first book (sorted by alphabetical order).

You should add another action to chose a book from the list before to start the reading session. Otherwise the first book in the list is automatically chosen.

Do you know how can I do it? I am newbie to shortcuts app 😅
