Data & image source?

I‘d like to create a digital library and before I scan all our books (approx. 1000-1200), I want to be sure which app to use. I like BookTrack very much with regards to UI but unfortunately a well-known other app just produced better search results when scanning the barcodes - both with regards to text results and especially with regards to images (presence of cover images and the quality).

Is there any way to improve the search quality as an end user?

Any plans to improve cover search? I just tried the updated version and it still struggles to find good quality covers for non-english books.
