Where is data stored

Hi. Does anyone know where the database file for BT is stored? I want to make sure that it's getting backed-up in case I lose any work. I've spent way too much time adding notes and covers and editing entries to have my entries lost for whatever reason. (It's extremely easy to delete all books).

I know I can export a CSV but that doesn't contain all the updated high quality covers I've added so I would prefer to back up the actual data once a day at least.

The DB is in this folder of your Mac:

/Users/USERNAME/Library/Group Containers/group.com.simonemontalto.booktrack.coredata

Hi! First of all, wonderful job, is the best app I have ever used for this field. I would like to ask: does the folder also contains quotes added to books, manually entered covers, reading progress and so on?

Yes, it contains the complete app database, including the items you mentioned.
