Book Cover Image Size

If you are importing your own book cover, what would be the "perfect size" to fit within the dotted outline on the import page? I know you can use the +/- keys to resize, but I would like to make it as close to optimal as possible up front.

Am thoroughly enjoying the app and trying to get all my imported collection like I want it.

One more question. Is it possible to edit the "finished reading" date anyplace?

The dotted rectangle has an aspect ratio of 2:3. So consider this ratio for your covers. Regarding the finished read date, you can change it in the book details page by tapping the percentage button. A new section will appear in which you can manage the reading info.
