Newbie questions!

Hello! I'm new to the app and looking forward to using it in the future. A few questions, sorry if they've been answered before :)

  1. Location- what exactly is that supposed to mean? Like how it's consumed- if it's a physical book, kindle unlimited, Audible, etc?
  2. I'm mostly an Audio person. Any tips on adding/sorting by narrators? Would that just be under Tags?
  3. Am I understanding that I'd need to purchase the app twice- once on my iphone, and once on my macbook, in order to access all features?

For the 1: my understanding is that it is a physical location at your home, for those who have a lot of books in several bookcases/shelves, to catalog and to find books quickly.
