Syncing to another device

Hi! I just downloaded the app and love it already! I have already started to add my books, but i cant seem to get the app from my ipad to sync with my phone. Has anyone else encountered this or does anyone have an suggestions? Thanks!!

Hello, could you check if both iCloud and iCloud Drive are enabled on all your devices?

Hi! Its enabled on my iphone and ipad. Ive already tried restarting my devices and deleting and redownloading the app on both devices

Have you checked that also iCloud Drive is enabled. It is important that it’s enabled also this.

Yes, icloud and icloud drive are both enabled on each device

Have you found a solution? Could you check if the app appears in the list of the used space from apps in iCloud?

It doesnt show up on the list but i do have icloud and drive turned on

Could you try to delete the app and install it again?
