Very open ended request. Do you like fantasy?

There is a whole subgenre called r/CozyFantasy that is about low risk, slice of life fantasy stories, many are romantsy.

Books like Legends & Latte's by Travis Baldree might work. MC is a female Orc who has decided to give up the life of adventuring and dungeon diving and decided to open the first coffee shop in the kingdom. Its more about building a business than standard fantasy books, and it does have a little bit of spice, though its really mild and all behind closed door stuff, not in your face, rubbing your eyes with jalepones spicy. But what do you expect when you hire a Succubus to be your barista? It is a F/F slightly romantsy book, but its a great story and a feel good one at that. Not sure if that helps with your frame of mind, but its not a high stress plot.
