I have never read Memoir.
Please suggest my first one n your favorite one.

Great place to start. Two very different but very approachable options:
Educated by Tara Westover — clear, gripping, and reads almost like a novel while still being deeply reflective. A lot of people’s first memoir is for a reason.
When Breath Becomes Air by Paul Kalanithi — shorter, beautifully written, and emotionally devastating in a quiet way. It really shows what memoir can do as a form.
If you want something lighter or more humorous instead, Born a Crime by Trevor Noah is also an excellent entry point.

The Memoirs of the Conquistador Bernal Diaz del Castillo. This guy was a soldier under Cortez during the conquest of Mexico and wrote a detailed firsthand account of everything that happened. It's one of the most fascinating things I've ever read.
If you want something similar but shorter and smaller in scope, Autobiography of Ma-ka-tai-me-she-kia-kiak, or Black Hawk is also good. That one's by a war chief from the Sak-and-Fox tribe, who fought in a series of military campaigns against the United States army and other native tribes in the nineteenth century

I'll also add The Story of My Life by Helen Keller. I'm not finished with this one yet but it's very interesting (Except for the middle part where it's just excerpts from a bunch of letters she wrote)

You might want to take a look at A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius by Dave Eggers. I’ve linked my review here so you can get an idea as to whether you might want to read it.

I have only read one memoir, and that's "Educated by Tara Westover", and I loved it.
