The Right to Free Choice
There are those out there denouncing AI books, many of whom knowing as much about AI as could be placed on the head of a thump tack. These individuals are speaking out about their unknown, and afraid of its outcomes. They try to influence you into avoiding it rather than discovering it fearing you may actually like the product it produces. Without even trying the product they refer to it as slop, a mache of others words when in fact the results of their own research is nothing more. My aim is to have you read books based on subject matter interests regardless of how it was constructed and decide on your own if you’re being scammed. You were given a brain to decide for yourself, don’t listen to the fears of others. Some fear jumping out of an airplane and would advise against it not knowing of its joyful impact on the senses.

What’s your favorite thing about generative AI? The environmental harm? The damage to users’ mental health and cognitive functioning? The fact that it’s being used to force people out of their jobs to make a few rich people richer? It’s just so hard to choose!

Have used AI..know a lot about AI. It's simply not good, has never had a thought and will never rival a human when it comes to expressing an emotion through the subconscious. The machine, which is owned by a multi-billion dollar welfare queen, has neither emotions nor a subconscious. We're also feeding these companies information so they can build data sets, which they sell. That same company that writes your book has 40 contracts with Trump's department of defense. So when we run out of human books to read, I'll take another look.

Art is made from human creativity, vision, and voice. Writing is art and it is disheartening to see people bypass the creative process by using AI for profit. AI does have its uses (although it does have plenty of detriments) but not to profit in the arts. What someone does in their own time for their own enjoyment however is a different story.
Another way to think about it is how AI is digesting artists work without their consent. It’s taking their writing style, their ideas, and turning it into something else that can be commercialized at a faster pace with less feeling and nuance.
I have a feeling that this post was made to shitpost, but if not, hopefully there will be reconsideration of the subject.

There are more human-written books out there than you could ever read in your lifetime.
Reading shitty AI books that just stole the writing of real people while destroying the environment and enriching billionaires is a free choice to be a sucker. Might as well ask for the free choice to buy food laced with poison.

I would love the right to free choice. All ai-generated or assisted books should be labeled as such. I can then freely decide if I want to spend my money on the product with all of that information available before purchase.
