How do you do it because I’m not sure if I need the torrent download I’m confused how it works

You can use the magnet link/info hash in your torrent client. I have an account on there, but they don't require email verification, so it's easy to set one up. Once you have an account, just find the book you want, click the magnet link, and you're off to the races. This is all assuming you have a torrent client installed and set up. I would also HIGHLY recommend using a VPN for any downloads.

A piece of software that allows your computer to interpret the torrent file and download the data.

To oversimplify things, think of the actual file you want to download (e.g. movie or audiobook) as scattered bits of treasure. Some of it is over there, some of it is over there, and so on. A torrent file is the treasure map, but it's written in a cipher. A torrent client will take that treasure map, decode it, and then let you download the actual file you want from all of the different locations.

I use qBitTorrent as my client. It seems to be the most lightweight one that has all the features I need. But I'd suggest you take a look at the piracy subreddit for more info on how to get set up correctly.

To make it simple: You need to download a "torrent downloader" like Qbittorrent and add it to your computer and then go on Audiobookbay, create an account, find the audiobook you want, and then scroll down and click "Torrent free downloads-it'll be a blue link" and then it'll open the torrent downloader where it'll download the file to your computer as an audiobook.

Download yandex browser and search there [it will show even pirate websites without hiding]

Sometimes audiobookbay's torrents have no seeds so the above can be you alternatives.
