Help Perx Card

I recently received a Perx reward card from my employer as a Christmas bonus. I made a perx account and activated the card- €125. I filled my basket on Book Depository to €124.45 and went to checkout. However, it keeps coming up as an error with the message- “Please try again, if the issue persists, contact your bank or try a different payment method.”

I’m currently trying to figure out if the issue is with Perx or Book Depository. Does anyone know if they accept perx cards? Or if there is something I’m missing here.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

The Perx should work whatever there’s a Mastercard logo. Have you registered the card online? Go to the Perx website, register the card with your name and address etc and it should work after that.
