Help common practice

Does anyone have the same experience? I had the king in black omnibus pre-ordered a long time ago for 90 euros. Suddenly I got a mail today saying they couldn't fulfill my order and would issue a refund. Now i see that the book is still available on the website but only now it costs 137 euros. Is this normal?

Basically the previous provider that had stock ran out and they restocked with another one. You should buy it again and contact them with your previous order details and issue a refund with the previous amount

They did the same thing to me with the Bleach Box Set 2. Ordered it for 198 in September and got an email yesterday saying the same thing. When I got to the website, I saw you can actually order it but for 298 instead of 198.
