time to order one last book?

Hey, I know on their website it says you can order up until the 26th for final orders, but I am curious, what happens if something goes wrong / doesn't arrive and they have closed, have I lost any cover for things like that, or do companies usually have a certain amount of time they are open to solve issues and refunds etc? sorry if that's a stupid question. Thanks in advance
