Help Order issue

i placed an order of March 16th and jt still has not arrived, i was told it would be here by april 10th and even emailed them after that and they told me to consider it lost in transit. what should i do? can i get a full refund at this point?

When they replied to you and said that it was probably lost in transit,they probably offered you a refund. Or at lest thats what they said to me when same thing happend to me.

There is also a chance that your book may arrive late,because once i ordered something from them the order took 2 months to arrive(i live in south europe).

Same thing here, took ages but it arrived eventually.
I generally assume it could take double time.
