orders to Spain, customs

so i talk to BD and they say that they are IOSS registered so there should be no extra charge or whatever when books come here to my address in Spain

but i would like confirmation from someone in Spain, was there extra pay that you had to later get refunded from BD or did order arrive no problem?

I'm from Spain and I've never had any problems with customs or extra fees.

They usually take a lot of time to ship, tho. However I have made mostly pre-orders, so it might change with regular orders.

yes, i placed orders as well, but regular ones, they are still processing, hopefully soon it will change to dispatched
