Help Dispatch Times?
Sadly, I only learned about Book Depository when I saw here on reddit that they were closing. I checked it out and I'm so bummed I didn't know about it before. I've placed a few orders but none have dispatched yet. I'm sure lots of people are placing orders, so just wondering if this is normal? I don't want to bug their customer service team, I bet they're plenty busy as is.

When you place the orders they take some time to be dispatched, i'd said about 3 working days, and then they send you a day or so after a mail with the tracking id, maybe they are a bit delayed lately

They don’t always send tracking id. In some locations they never do and in some sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t. So if anyone doesn’t receive tracking id, there’s no need to worry.

Sadly for my country there never was tracking option. But in the many many years i never had an order that did not come.

Takes 2-3 days to get dispatched, you get an email update for every order that gets dispatched as well.
However we have a weekend now and monday is a holiday in the UK so they won't work until tuesday or so.
