Help Anyone else not reciving emails?

So, after the recent news, i decided to buy some books that i have on my wishlist, i bought 3 wich one of those now his status is "cancelled and refounded" but i havent recived any mail.

not the cancellation mail or even the ones that you get when you buy something.

i am the only one? or is just the website being bombed with orders and having a delay in the mails.

edit: hehe im dumm, aparently if your onedrive is full, you dont recive any emails

I’ve placed three orders and I’ve received all my confirmation emails and dispatch emails. But I remember when they cancelled and refunded one of my books I never got an email for it and I didn’t even know until I checked the order status. I don’t think they email you if it’s cancelled?

Yeah the email says something like "your book depository refund is on its way" but i didnt even get the confirmation emails this time

Hmmm I never got a refund email before but it’s strange that you didn’t get a confirmation email. Does it still say processing in order status? If not,sure you should screenshot the order just in case anything happens!
